Job Description :- Software Testers- Aligning tasks, Compiling Reports, Reviewing Bugs Getting the Issues verified and fixed from developers, explaining the issues and scenario Inter-departmental communication from various stake-holders for smooth functioning. Good exposure in QA/validation, test planning, test case writing skills. Good knowledge of networking protocols, 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies. Good knowledge of Android platforms, ADB. Well versed with emerging features in Mobile market. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet organization needs Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Monitor debugging process results. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritized, plan and coordinate testing activities. Professionally and systematically defines designs, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan. KRA: Review of Redmine issues, first time right feedback. Identification of Major, Minor and Critical issue. Test Case modification as per technology changes. Desired Skills and Competencies B. Tech.in ECE or CSE or any technical qualification. Experience in smart phone testing QA in software development teams. Have good working knowledge on bug tracking tools and working. Strong Management Skills, People skills, natural leading. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases Good communication and writing skills Get things done attitude. Technical Skills Required Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing Well versed in Agile Methodologies, SDLC and STLC. Hands-on experience with testing as QA for Mobile Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Good knowledge of networking protocols, 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies. Good knowledge of Android platforms, ADB commands.
