● Recruiting and Retaining high performers.

● P&L Responsibility (Business Volume/Portfolio Quality) of the multiple Branches - Will be responsible for meeting team targets and managing the team of ASM/BM / DSAs & Connectors.
● Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets
● Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization and set up meetings accordingly.
● Familiar with the NBFC’s core system.
● Work with the sales team to develop proposals that will anticipate the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
● Measure the productivity and efficiency of Sales Team and Channel partners closely.
● Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to reach a positive conclusion.
● Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
● Resolve disbursement related issues.
● Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
● Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
● Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators so as to maximize sales
● Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company s CRM or other sales management system.
● Forecast sales targets and ensure the team tracks and records activity on accounts while helping to close deals to meet targets.
● Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
● Lead and supervise the team so as to facilitate best in class business development training that will ensure the company is represented in the best light.
