Job location –ANDHERI EAST, Mumbai

What the role requires :

• Graduate with 1+ years of experience in PreSales/ Tele-calling department
• Knowledge about consumer behaviour and driven to achieve targets
• Persuasive and self motivated with an ability to work under pressure
• Enjoy interacting with people with stellar communication skills in English / Hindi along with any one of the following languages: Tamil/ Kannada/ Telugu/ Marathi/ Gujarati
• Energetic & ambitious with a knack for marketing an idea / product

Your role at Home First:

• You will interact with our potential customers to pitch home loan product
• You will be an experienced and talented negotiator responsible for frequent follow ups and directing prospects to the sales team.
• You will use your excellent communication skills to effectively market our products, handle consumer queries and be a confident closer.
• You will be an anchor for Home First by increasing profitability and minimizing risk by evaluating basic credit worthiness & eligibility of the customer based on their profile, documents and monthly income.
• You would need to ensure a WOW experience for the customers while complying with Home First's policies
• We believe in creating value for our customers and your role would include generating leads and converting them into customers
