Job description

Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications, competencies, and skills required for open roles. Develop and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are clear, compelling, and reach a diverse audience. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews. Facilitate and refine the interview process, including creating interview questions that align with company requirements. Engage in active sourcing strategies, including social media networking, job fairs, and referral programs, to attract high-quality candidates. Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Coordinate offer letters, employment contracts, and the onboarding process. Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
