The Finance and Accounting Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing coreaccounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance withrelevant regulations and standards. The primary duties and responsibilities include:Finalization of Accounts:Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements, including the balance sheet,profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.Expense Management:Manage and record expenses accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies andaccounting standards.Audit:Coordinate and engage in the statutory and tax audits with external auditors, ensuring timelycompletion and compliance with audit requirements.Preparation of Annual Report:Prepare the annual report with all necessary disclosures and schedules, ensuring accuracyand compliance with regulatory requirements.Accounting Policies and Compliance:Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency andcompliance with relevant regulations and standards.Internal & External Financial Reporting:Oversee internal financial reporting processes, providing timely and accurate financialinformation to management.Manage external financial reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatoryfilings and disclosures.
