Job description for the Sales Department   Designation: - Key Accounts MANAGER Reports to: Regional Sales Manager Experience: Must have at least 2 to 3 years distributor wine and spirits sales experience within this territory Salary: Good hike in ctc Objective: Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company. Desired Skills & Traits: ·         Goal-oriented, organized team player Established successful sales history Ability to exercise independent judgment to handle a variety of duties Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Excellent organizational skills Good product knowledge. Key Responsibilities include: ·         Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance. ·         Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client. ·         Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.  Service accounts from a Merchandising perspective including presenting portfolio for shelf distribution, display opportunities or wine list placement. Develop the sales of the Company’s wine portfolio by working with distributors and key retailers in the specified territory. Utilize company systems for sales management Tracking of key accounts activity Attend after hour events and meetings on occasion
