As we continue togrow rapidly, we’re always on the lookout for problem-solving & big thinkers to come aboard!Responsibilities:• To build, nurture Ugaoo brand and drive sales via offline channels in the assignedTerritory/Region• Create a business plan for the region by the concept of COCO & SIS stores• Review and analyze regional sales and operational records and reports; use data to projectsales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new markets.• Develop marketing programs and promotions to increase the store sales• Identify Premium Retail Spaces to establish Standalone Exclusive Retail Stores/Kiosks withinhighfootfall retail malls• Closely collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to maintain the store's visualmerchandising (VM) standards according to the planogram and guidelines• Provide leadership to the assigned region, oversee retail activities in COCO and SIS stores.• Recruit and train SIS partners, their staff and company’s brand promoters.• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.• Closely monitor & control expenses through efficient store operations.• Identify opportunities for improvement in the store region; design and implement training,strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.• Collaborate with the Head of Retail to develop territory, sales quota, and strategy.• Maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in salestechniques and strategies.• Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:• Must have 8 years of experience in retail operations• Must have experience in developing COCO and SIS stores.• Knowledge of local geography, demography is must• Should be able to travel and own a vehicle.• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.If you love plants, the world of e-commerce and super-passionate teams, we may be just the rightfit for you.
