Preparing daily visit schedules for gardeners and ensuring efficient client coverage.
• Coordinating effectively with gardeners, providing clear instructions and tracking their
progress.
• Communicating proactively with clients, managing processes, addressing any requirements,
and keeping them updated on schedule changes.
• Maintaining positive client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Coordinating with clients to schedule one-time maintenance visits through cold calling.
Including upselling and cross sell of maintenance products & services.
