Job Description Marketing Coordinator

• Demonstrate about company’s Learning Management System to the schools through zoom and other online platforms.


• Work on the leads which will be generated through Social Media Platforms.


• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.


• Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.


• Provide product information using brochure, slides shows, website etc.


• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.


• Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.


• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.


• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.


• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.


• Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.


• Prepare daily reports and submit the same in company’s software.


• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to discuss the progress & area of improvements.
