Job Description:   ● Administer all external and internal examinations, including liaison with the respective Academic Teams and College/University departments, ensuring all entries are processed in accordance with the examination board regulations and deadlines ● Liaise with the Centre Co-ordinators, Academic Team for preparation of timetable and invigilation of all internal/mock/semester end examinations and assessed practical work ● Remain on-site at all times for the duration of examinations and personally secure completed exam papers in the exam store ● Prepare guidelines for faculty to prepare question paper for different examination ● Prepare precise and lucid instructions regarding (a) pattern of question paper (b) types of questions (c) rational marks allotted to different types of questions (d) language of instruction etc ● Collection of subject test paper/chapter wise test/weekly test/term test/end year examination/formative and summative assessment ● Preparation of Question Bank:- Work collaboratively with Academic Team to collate Question Banks ● Preparation of Question Paper:-Preparation of standard question paper subject wise according to guidelines given by the University. Question paper should be in proper format. Grammatical mistakes should not be there in question paper. Question paper must not exceed or less than the prescribed marks for the particular examination. ● Preparation for Examination:-Ensure necessary items to conduct examination in online/offline mode i.e. question paper, answer sheets, Mark sheets, attendance sheets, thread and other stationary items. Give advance requirement to the Purchase Team. ● Seating Arrangement:-Making proper seating arrangement for students for different examinations. ● Co-ordinate with teams & faculty for Answer sheets correction ● Records keeping:-Keeping records (soft copy & hard copy) of all the examination held in the Academic Year. ● Mark List: – Co-ordinate with teams for Marklist before final entering of mark sheets. Verify results to ensure instructions have been followed. ● Responsible for the dissemination and collection of marksheets for different examination. ● Manage the arrangements for the issue of examination results to candidates ● Must be aware of all updated & previous examination rules applicable to different batches and rightly communicate to the Academic Team & students. ● Operate within the Academic team and provide cover and support in the processing of Academic Reports, during non-peak exam times ● Keep up to date with the requirements of the role, including the latest procedures and regulations for internal & external examinations.   Experience ● Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in co-ordination, handling, organizing & conducting activities in general administration in the relevant field.   Skills & Abilities ● High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. ● Excellent IT skills, previous experience in excel spreadsheets essential. ● Be able to maintain confidentiality as dealing with marks of the student. ● Ability to organise and prioritise own work to meet tight deadlines. ● Good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written ● Flexibility and ability to respond to changing priorities.
