Business Development – Services and Maintenance

Job description

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Grow garden & maintenance services business through the development of new leads and new contacts in corporate/B2B space.
• Identify new revenue opportunities
• Build business relationships with current and potential clients
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Prepare & share PO & BOQ’s with clients as per their requirement
• Attend networking events/exhibitions to attract and retain clients
• Maintain and update sales, marketing and business development documentation
• Coordinate with Maintenance team for execution of landscape garden/vertical wall/green wall/maintenance etc. projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
• Prior work experience of minimum 5 years in sales, business development or similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with multiple sales techniques
• Experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of indoor & outdoor variety of plants will be added advantage
• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
• Self-motivated, Target oriented, results- driven, and enjoy working in team environment etc.
