Job Description:


Proficient in MS office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Etc].   Advance Excel.                                                                 Fluent in Oral & Written English.     Self Correspondence , Email Reply and Other professional reply & Letter.   Qualification:   Should be Graduate with Diploma in Secretary.                                                                                                                                                                    Communication: ​ Providing the complete Self correspondence services, drafting replies. Ensure that all mails are dealt  with efficiently  Should have Knowledge of Zoom Call, Skype and Other IT Technology. ​ Maintains schedule and enters meetings/appointments on Microsoft Outlook/ Calendar/ Google  Calendar.   Internal & External Communication.  ​ Meetings & Calendar. ​ Schedule appointments, coordinating for both Internal /External meetings​ Manages Schedule, Maintains Calendar, and timely reminders.​ Minutes/Recordkeeping & Drafting & circulation of MOM.    Director Office                                                                                                                                                        Attending calls, Greetings visitors.                                                                                                                          Maintain 100% discipline and decorum of Directors office.                                                                              Maintain cleanliness, proper filling, cleaning etc.                                                                                                   Travel Management, Hotel Management & Forex Management.                                                                Follow up of Directors & other activities of Directors as per their Guidelines.
