To build, nurture Ugaoo brand and drive sales via offline channels in the assigned Territory/Region
Create a business plan for the region by the concept of COCO & SIS stores
Review and analyze regional sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new markets.
Develop marketing programs and promotions to increase the store sales
Identify Premium Retail Spaces to establish Standalone Exclusive Retail Stores/Kiosks within high footfall retail malls
Closely collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to maintain the store's visual merchandising (VM) standards according to the planogram and guidelines
Provide leadership to the assigned region, oversee retail activities in COCO and SIS stores.
Recruit and train SIS partners, their staff and company’s brand promoters.
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Closely monitor & control expenses through efficient store operations.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the store region; design and implement training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.
Collaborate with the Head of Retail to develop territory, sales quota, and strategy.
Maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have 8 years of experience in retail operations
Must have experience in developing COCO and SIS stores.
Knowledge of local geography, demography is must
Should be able to travel and own a vehicle.
Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
