Job description

1. Prepare and review billing statements and invoices in accordance with contract terms and project specifications. 2. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely billing. 3. Verify quantities and measurements of materials used in construction projects. 4. Prepare and maintain project cost reports, including tracking of expenses and budget variations. 5. Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. 7. Provide support to the project team in resolving billing and contractual issues.
