Job description

JD - Filing and reporting of information at ROC, MCA & RBI

 Conduct & convene board meetings and shareholders meetings. Preparation of agenda, minutes of the meetings of Board and Shareholders.
 Having prior experience of RBI compliances including filing FC-GPRs/FLAs/Statutory Auditor Certificate/DNBS - 13
 Independently doing Annual Filings of private Company
 Preparation of Statutory registers as per Companies Act, 2013
 Responsible for ensuring compliance of all RBI and regulatory provisions applicable to NBFC.
 Ensure that the company is always fully compliant on secretarial matters
 Implement and strengthen robust Compliance Framework.
 Coordination with internal departments to ensure compliance;
