Responsibilities: ● Advise present or prospective clients by answering inbound & outbound calls. ● Provide comprehensive and accurate information of Ugaoo’s corporate services. ● Address customer queries/complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies. ● Will be responsible to ensure customer happiness. ● Participate in cold calling, emailing, and networking activities to reach out to prospective clients. ● Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and approaches for corporate sales. Requirements: ● Minimum 1-2 year of experience in relevant field (telecalling/telesales). ● Experience into corporate gifting would be preferred. ● Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales experience. ● Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. ● Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care ● Must be energetic, positive, flexible, and proactive with a natural sense of curiosity, a can-do attitude and the desire to make work fun!
