Job description

1. Litigation Management: Handling all aspects of legal proceedings related to

debt recovery, including drafting legal documents, representing the
organization in court, and coordinating with external legal counsel when
necessary.


2. Debt Recovery Strategy and Process management: Developing and
implementing effective processes for recovering outstanding debts while
minimizing legal risks and costs. This could involve negotiating repayment
plans and initiating legal actions basis recommendations from Sales and/or
Collection teams


3. Documentation and Record Keeping: Working with an external legal vendor to
ensure notices are dispatched and court proceedings are initiated, regularly
tracked and progress updated to the senior management


4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators
related to debt recovery, such as collection rates, delinquency rates, and legal
expenses. Providing regular reports to senior management on the
effectiveness of collection efforts and areas for improvemen
