- Managing online marketplaces (E.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Manage marketplace billing & reconciliations.
- To oversee timely scheduling, dispatch, delivery and returns of all orders.
- Manage all issues with marketplaces regarding order scheduling, dispatch, delivery,returns, refunds, and billing.
- Coordinate with marketplaces for reimbursement of any fee claims.
- Management of Company E-store
- Oversee inventory management on E-store.
- Oversee and manage any issues with order delivery.
- Resolve any issues with the help of the E-store platform help centre.
- Resolve issues with the payment gateway if any.
- Manage website platform, payment gateway billing & reconciliation.
- Customer Care Management:
- Manage inbound leads and clients.
- Manage complaints, and queries from customers.
- Lead generation through research and outbound calls.
- Coordinate and assist the sales team in resolving all queries within a timeframe.
- Data analytics & management of marketing and sales department reports
- Management of marketing department expenses and record them.
- Interdepartmental coordination for order management.
- Interdepartmental coordination for marketing &sales-related activities.
- Stakeholder management.
Skill & Attributes: Good Coordination skills, follow-ups, data analytics, reporting and MIS.
