Exp – 4 Years minimum

Working in Home Loan (Rural Housing) sector. Working/worked in Affordable Housing Finance companies .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• - Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales management, specifically in home loans or mortgage-related roles.


• - Proven track record of success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.


• - In-depth knowledge of the rural housing market, including market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.


• - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• - Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities.
