Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to source and attract qualified professionals.
o Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
o Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and role.
• Employee Relations and Engagement:
o Foster a positive and productive work environment by maintaining open communication with employees.
o Handle employee relations issues, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
o Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Compensation and Benefits:
o Administer payroll, including salary processing, deductions, and tax filings, in compliance with Indian labour laws.
o Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth enrolment and communication.
o Stay updated on Indian labour laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• HR Administration:
o Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
o Oversee employee training and development programs.
o Partner with management to ensure alignment between HR initiatives
and business goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field (MBA
preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or similar role, preferably
within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment
to retirement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (experience with payroll
systems a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
