Role and Responsibilities• Ideate and develop graphics and visuals, product illustrations, social media, events as per the brandguidelines to create impactful communication• Work with defined templates and create new templates for graphically impressive social media tiles,proposals and presentations that can be reused at scale• Projects include: Presentations, Newsletters, Storyboards, Posters, Branding, Infographics,Brochure/Multi-page Booklet, Social Media collateral etc.• Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely deliveryDesired Candidate Profile• 4 - 6 years experience in graphic design work• Experience of graphic design tools like Adobe photoshop, Illustrator is mandatory• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or other similar video & motion graphics would bean added advantage• Bachelors in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience• Portfolio is Must.Desired Traits• Strong knowledge of design concepts• Ability to quickly absorb a brand's Visual Identity Guidelines and put them into practice• Good team player and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams• Maintains quality, consistency, and brand guidelines of all projects• Pixel-perfect attention to detail• Able and willingness to deliver unconventional work• Adaptable to the processes & the system• Takes initiative and can effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Open to critical feedback and learning
