Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of New Business Development to lead our efforts in expanding our client portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in BTL marketing and business development, demonstrating the ability to leverage industry expertise to identify and pursue growth opportunities. As the VP of New Business Development, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that align with our agency's goals and values. Key Responsibilities:  Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive new business development strategy that aligns with the agency's objectives and revenue targets.  Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential target clients.  Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads, leveraging your industry network and utilizing various channels such as networking events, referrals, and online platforms.  Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions that align with our agency's capabilities.  Pitch and Proposal Development: Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to create compelling pitches and proposals that showcase our agency's expertise and effectively address client requirements.  Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals effectively.  Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized pipeline of potential business opportunities and track progress through various stages of the sales cycle.  Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure good service delivery.  Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, changes, and innovations to continuously refine our business development strategies. Qualifications:  6+ years of progressive experience in business development within a BTL marketing agency or related industry.  Experience of working in an offline marketing agency and POSM is mandatory.  Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.  Strong industry network and relationships with potential clients.  Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.  Skills to individually work and close on the deals  Willingness to travel as needed.
