Program director ( L&D )

As the Program Director of Technology Academy, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our L&D programs by overseeing various aspects such as R&D – Assessments and Program Design, Program delivery management, Client Interactions, Program Partner Identification, Product innovation (Lab integrations, etc) and Team Leadership.

Generates IP - L&D – Assessments and program design for top technology roles in demand.

Keeps abreast with the latest industry trends in the domain of software engineering, Information technology, Data Science
•
Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to create world-class learning and development programs relevant to various tech domains for AntWalk’s target customers.

Understands client needs to create bespoke programs, communicates the value proposition of the L&D programs, and establishes strong client relationships.

Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client. Participate in client presentations to effectively communicate program proposals.
