As the Program Director of Technology Academy, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our L&D programs by overseeing various aspects such as R&D – Assessments and Program Design, Program delivery management, Client Interactions, Program Partner Identification, Product innovation (Lab integrations, etc) and Team Leadership.•Generates IP - L&D – Assessments and program design for top technology roles in demand.•Keeps abreast with the latest industry trends in the domain of software engineering, Information technology, Data Science•Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to create world-class learning and development programs relevant to various tech domains for AntWalk’s target customers.•Understands client needs to create bespoke programs, communicates the value proposition of the L&D programs, and establishes strong client relationships.•Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client. Participate in client presentations to effectively communicate program proposals.
