Role & Responsibility: - Oversee and manage sales operations for individual branches, focusing on home loans for rural housing. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize market penetration in rural areas. -Mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. - Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience. - Prepare regular reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
