Job description

Role & Responsibility:

 

- Oversee and manage sales operations for  individual branches, focusing on home loans for rural housing.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize market penetration in rural areas.

-Mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.

- Prepare regular reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales management, specifically in home loans or mortgage-related roles.

- Proven track record of success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

- In-depth knowledge of the rural housing market, including market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities.
