Recruitment and Onboarding: o Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to source and attract qualified professionals. o Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. o Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and role

Compensation and Benefits: o Administer payroll, including salary processing, deductions, and tax filings, in compliance with Indian labour laws. o Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth enrolment and communication. o Stay updated on Indian labour laws and regulations to ensure company compliance

HR Administration: o Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. o Oversee employee training and development programs.
