Billing Engineer

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong background in billing and quantity surveying. The candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent analytical skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : - 1. Prepare and review billing statements and invoices in accordance with contract terms and project specifications. 2. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely billing. 3. Verify quantities and measurements of materials used in construction projects. 4. Prepare and maintain project cost reports, including tracking of expenses and budget variations. 5. Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. 7. Provide support to the project team in resolving billing and contractual issues. 8. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on billing and cost-related matters. 9. Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients. 10. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying in the real estate industry. 3. Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7.
