Inside Sales Executive

Job description

Base Salary: 25000 per month 

Offer an additional  upto Rs. 5,000 per month as a variable salary component, based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities and KRAs managed  are as follows -

1. Building strong relationships with existing clients. 
2. Reactivating dropped buyers,
3. Achieving assigned Sales Targets,
4. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the FMCG products offered by the company.
5. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.

An Inside Sales Officer plays a critical role in ensuring smooth sales operations, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales objectives. So please make sure the candidate must have strong communication skills and would be given extra preference if carrying experience from the same industry.
