  Job Description:
  We are seeking a skilled Shift Incharge with 3-5 years of experience and an ITI Mechanical or Production background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in fabrication, arc argon welding, fitting, pressure testing, and an understanding of engineering drawings and basic CAD.
  Responsibilities:

  
  

  
  
  • Operate and oversee pilot scale operations and tests
  
  
  • Manage and supervise workers during shifts
  
  
  • Ensure production of metal components meets quality standards
  
  
  • Understand and operate electronic systems, including V-Box PLCs
  
  
  • Perform basic machining work, including lathe machine operations, buffing, and grinding
  
  
  • Handle gland sealing gaskets and resolve leakage issues
  
  
  • Prepare and maintain shift handover documents
  
  
  • Willingness to work up to 12 hours per day as required
  
  
  • Immediate joining is essential
  
  
  • Willingness to travel to Udupi for technical applications as needed
  
  

  
  

  Qualifications:

  
  

  
  
  • ITI Mechanical or Production certification
  
  
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and machining processes
  
  
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and basic CAD software
  
  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  
  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
