Job Description:


Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Database Management:  Maintain and update the company's database of clients, universities, and educational programs.  Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and cleansing the database. 2. Application Processing:  Manage the backend processes related to student applications, including document verification, application submission, and communication with universities.  Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely and accurate submission of application materials. 3. Communication and Coordination:  Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.  Liaise with universities and educational institutions to gather information, resolve queries, and address any issues related to student applications. 4. Document Management:  Organize and maintain digital and physical files of student documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.  Assist in preparing and compiling application materials, such as transcripts, recommendation letters, and personal statements. 5. Technical Support:  Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, troubleshooting issues related to online platforms, applications, and software tools.  Collaborate with the IT department to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements as needed.
