Supporting the accounting department, accountant, andmanagement team by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey important informationto executive team and owner.Key Responsibilities include: All types of Payments and Booking in Tally (party payments / labour payments /purchases) Assisting in MIS reports Daily Winery reports / Dispatch data updating VAT returns / TCS returns / ST returns – periodically Bank payments and Voucher booking / JV booking Vineyard expense booking Admin jobs Month end activities like Provisioning, prepared expenses, GL scrutiny. Retail cash handling, Imprest amount handling. Integrity of financial data and the reporting of that data. Accurate and timely reporting and efficient processing In addition to the above you would also be responsible for any other job assigned by yoursuperiors from time to time.
