Job Description : - We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business loan sales in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Responsibilities : - - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business loan targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Manage a team of sales executives and ensure they meet their targets - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management - Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations Requirements : - - Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field - 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the business loan market in Delhi
