Key Areas of Work
Responsible for:
1.Ensure adherence to Internal production plan & vendor delivery (for outsourced production)
2.Maintaining current manufacturing assets for optimized performance
3.Execution of fabrication process as per finalized drawing & production plan
4.Assembly of fabricated & bought out items for creation of final product as per final design
5.Ensuring closures of all customer service requests for newly produced machines within predefined
timelines
6.Controlling Manufacturing overheads as per the predefined standards
7.Ensuring 100% Adherence to Departmental SOPs for all activities within Manufacturing Department
8.Ensuring 100% adherence in all quality checks/ audits conducted by internal/ external agencies
9.Execution & adherence to HSSE Audits requirements
