Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 2. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the Managing Director. 3. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director. 4. Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests for the Managing Director's attention. 5. Assist in preparing agendas and minutes for meetings attended by the Managing Director. 6. Conduct research and compile data as requested by the Managing Director. 7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 8.
