URGENT HIRING for Telemarketer Email ID: rahulk.kanojia@white-force.in Contact : 9300955707 Location- Pune Freshers/ Experienced as Telemarketer High school diploma or equivalent; college degree Salary range 3lpa plus incentives Responsibilities – • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services. • Develop a strong understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. • Engage with leads and prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, aiming to secure sales appointments or close sales over the phone. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system. • Listen to and address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and efficiently. • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and track the progress of potential customers. • Participate in regular sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Skills & Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. • Ability to confidently and persuasively present product information to potential customers. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection. • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
