Job description

Manage end-to-end export-import operations, including documentation, shipment tracking, and customs clearance processes. 2. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and compliance with export-import regulations. 3. Prepare and review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading. 4. Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to negotiate rates and resolve any shipping-related issues. 5. Stay updated with changes in export-import laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks. 6. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. 7. Handle import-export documentation, including Letter of Credit (LC), Certificate of Origin (COO), and other trade-related documents.
