Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our dermatological products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of dermatological products and services.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats in the dermatology industry.


• Create compelling marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.


• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and tradeshows to showcase our products and services to healthcare professionals and consumers.


• Manage digital marketing channels including website, email marketing, and social media to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.


• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.


• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.


• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media management.


• Knowledge of dermatology or skincare products is a plus.
