About the role:- We are looking for an extremely smart, results-oriented Assistant Social Media Manager (with B2B marketing experience) to come join our team. The candidate will propose, plan and execute new campaigns and regularly fine-tune existing ones with minimal oversight, partnering with business and technical teams to achieve project goals. Job location:-Okhla Phase III, New Delhi, India Employment Type:- This is a full-time, on-site role. Not work from home or hybrid. Experience:- Must have 4-5 years of rich experience in single-handedly handling the Social Media presence and growth marketing of large B2B brands. What you'll do most of the time:- Execute and manage our entire social media marketing portfolio on Facebook,Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora and other social platforms. Analyse and optimize existing and new posts critically to ensure they are having desired impact. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new social marketing opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting in accordance with organization goals. Conceptualize, design and create attractive and impactful social posts on a regular basis to keep our target audience engaged and interested. Utilize your skills and understanding of tools such as #hashtags, CTAs to ensure the success of your posts Regularly perform user interviews to collect their detailed reviews, feedback and video testimonials to create video and textual content Scan the internet to come up with innovative new ways to market ourselves Monitor analytics to make recommendations to improve engagement of social campaigns Ideate, create and execute periodic discount campaigns during festivals and other occasions such as Black Friday. Create and execute Email Marketing Campaigns to support any periodic campaigns you wish to run Seek out partnering opportunities with Social Media Influencers to increase the reach of our brand Conduct periodic Webinars to engage our social media audience even more What you'll need to qualify:- At least 5-6 years of solid hands-on experience spanning most of the areas of responsibilities described above Strong communication skills and high standard of oral and written English 100% understanding of Social Media Marketing and tools used in social media marketing (research + campaign execution) The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable smart marketing and creative mind Understand the need to measure and appropriately quantify marketing projects Possess some design skills to create attractive posts. Flexibility and results driven in a fast paced environment Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize projects Ability to quickly identify non performing projects and kill them if need be Confidence to run internal and external marketing related projects single handedly and with minimal supervision Possess understanding of the differences between B2B and B2C marketing and be from a B2B Marketing background. Lastly, you should be someone who can clearly understand why some posts work and others don’t on each of the social channels.
