Responsibilities for safety supervisor 1. Audit facility practices and records periodically to ensure compliance with company programs and state/federal occupational safety/health regulations2. Ensure compliance with the Hazards Communication Program, Emergency Action Plan, Fire Prevention Plan, Confined Space Entry Program, Trenching and Excavation Program, and any other programs required by OSHA and the Corporate Safety, Health and Environment Department3. Conduct Safety Training, , CPR/1st Aid/Competent Person/OSHA Courses/Job Briefing Procedures4. Keep the hotel in compliance with laws and legislations of the country5. Report any hazards found during tours and checks6. Make sure the hotel complies with audits and company requirements7. Advise employees of safety importance and job related hazards8. Check compliance of safety equipment usage and safety policies application9. Report and review accidents/incidents/near miss investigations to determine the root cause and make recommendations for action plan to minimize or eliminate future safety risks10. Monitor upcoming construction tasks and phases and assist job-site supervision
