Key Responsibility
· Leading a team of executives and managing a business portfolio , ensuring smooth operations and growth
· Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, achieve monthly targets, and increase volume and value through effective sales planning and execution
· Managing relationships with key channel partners, providing exceptional support and service, and fostering long-term partnerships
· Playing a crucial role in expanding the dealer network, improving market penetration, and identifying new business opportunities
· Developed strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensured business growth opportunities aligned to company’s strategic plans
· Providing in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors and clients to improve strategic planning and decision-making
· Leading the tender or direct negotiation process and continued to drive excellence and efficiency in the tendering process
· Identifying the expectations of prospective clients, by obtaining relevant in-depth information on future projects, Pipelining sales based on market research, network management and client references; planning and preparing approaches, pitches and proposals, participating in pricing and work order negotiations
