So, who are we looking for? We are looking for someone to come lead our content powerhouse. Someone who has Ability to strategize: someone who understands content distribution & platforms- Instagram, Youtube, follows social media trends there and has a past track record of putting it together as a strategy and delivering growth. Creative judgment: Someone who is able to judge writing, video content and design and give feedback. Someone who understands TWT creative ethos. Ability to get shit done: Someone who has managed creative operations. Handled mood boards, PPMs, shoots, post processing, deployment. And can program manage & coordinate across different stakeholders including creative talent internally & externally. Curiosity & interest in food & fitness is a plus. A creative network across photographers, agencies is good to have. Experience in client servicing/ planning with digital agencies would be awesome. What will you get?
