Job description



  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential dealership partnerships and fleet sales opportunities, to expand market penetration and drive sales growth.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and other channel partners, providing them with support, training, and resources to maximize sales performance.

  3. Conduct regular market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.

  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support materials to generate leads and drive conversions.

  5. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and metrics, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  6. Provide feedback to the product development and engineering teams based on customer insights and market feedback to continuously improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

  7. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and establish the company as a market leader in the 3-wheeler EV segment.

  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and developments in the electric vehicle market, and share knowledge and insights with internal teams to inform strategic decision-making.
