Role: Assistant Manager Business DevelopmentRole Responsibilities:● Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part ofthe defined sales and marketing plan.● Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connectwithin the organization.● Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm’s solutions canfulfil their learning needs● Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.● Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporateeducation brand.● Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities andclose deals.Candidate requirement:● Education: MBA/PGDM Sales & Marketing.● Experience 1-3 years of work experience, in B2B sale is an added advantage.● Experience within MNCs dealing with high profile clients is an added advantage.● Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri East).
