Customer Care Management: ○ Manage inbound leads and clients. ○ Manage complaints, and queries from customers. ○ Lead generation through research and outbound calls. 4. Coordinate and assist the sales team in resolving all queries within a timeframe. 5. Data analytics & management of marketing and sales department reports 6.
