· High-performing Sales Personnel with a good track record positioned as Sales Manager to meet our customer acquisition in HORECA & setting up Distribution Network for the Retail so as to ensure achieving Sales & Revenue targets.
· Experience of 5+ Years in Meat Industry (Ready to Eat) working in Markets across Delhi & has extensive knowledge of the geography & Meat market
· Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the Top management.
· Developing & Implementing Sales Process
· Planning daily indent for the Region basis orders forecasting
· Planning & forecasting Sales for the region for HORECA & Retail Market, Distributor sales.
· Expanding Customer base of the company by opening New avenues of opportunities that can give incremental sales
· Coordination with Processing plant to ensure seamless operations for delivery of Orders to customers
· Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Executives
· Tech savy , Good knowledge of MS Office
· MBA with minimum 5 Years of Experience in Meat Industry
· Demonstrable track record of over-achieving Targets
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong Market connect & knowledge of Meat Market (HORECA & Retail)
