• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services. • Develop a strong understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. • Engage with leads and prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, aiming to secure sales appointments or close sales over the phone. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system. • Listen to and address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and efficiently. • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and track the progress of potential customers. • Participate in regular sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
