We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of HR experience. Responsibilities: Handling the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks Coordinate employee onboarding and off boarding processes Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees Coordinate employee training and development initiatives Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit
