Job description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and increasing the network of
Battery swapping network in assigned locations.
Help BatteryPool onboard e-rickshaw drivers that can use the swapping network & SMB location
where swap station could be installed
Actively address any concerns arising from e-rickshaw drivers
Work with the operations and product teams to relay customer feedback from ground deployments
Skills
 Ability to hustle, work together with the team and get things done
 Passionate about sales and drive to close deals
 Good convincing skills
 Good knowledge of the locality assigned
 Basic English, Expert in local language to hold conversation with E-rickshaw drivers
 Prior experience in Field sales
