Post : Customer Service Representative Experience: 2 + years Job Location : Andheri (W) (Veera Desai Road)Roles & Responsibilities : Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about our debt management services. Assist clients in understanding the debt management process and available options. Work with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for enrollment in debt management process. Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and contribute to a positive team environment. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies when interacting with clients.Candidate requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong empathy and ability to remain calm and supportive when dealing with clients experiencing financial stress. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data security Should be able to speak English, Hindi and Marathi.EMAIL- shikhawhiteforce117@gmail.comCONTACT- 9201596993
