About the Role
The role involves exposure of handling city’s P&L. You will manage the city operation with the team of DCM/CM/ PM’s. The role give’s you exposure in handling revenue management, expense and cost management in operation as well as F&B.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimization and management of administration and Hostel Operations
- Create a central MIS for PAN India level reporting
- Setup of properties. (Transformation/Setting up teams etc)
- Budget , MIS, Fee collection and ledger management
- Vendor Management
- Canteen/Catering Management
- Ensure all basic compliances at each property are in place
- Estate Management
- Manage Housekeeping staff
- Security Management
- Transportation management of pick and drop service
- Cut costs and increase margins for properties
- Centralize operations
- Contribute in growth of market share
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Having F&B experience
- Candidate, having experience to manage minimum 10 outlets
- Education- Hotel management
- Team handling
- Problem solving attitude
- Experience - more than 10 year
