Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Head at MicroMitti. The Human Resource Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives. They will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Planning: ○ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives. ○ Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities to support business growth and success. 2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: ○ Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions. ○ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the fintech industry. 3. Employee Relations: ○ Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. ○ Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. 4. Performance Management: ○ Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. ○ Provide coaching and support to managers to improve performance and productivity across the organization. 5. Training and Development: ○ Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. ○ Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth and career development. 6. HR Compliance: ○ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. ○ Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and practices as necessary.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred. ● years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the fintech or technology industry. ● Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. ● Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. ● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility at all levels of the organization. ● Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
